Although still referenced as the most recent immigrants, the truth is, Mexicans have been in Chicago for nearly 100 years. There is a rich cultural history, and a century’s worth of contributions from Mexicans that have made our great city what it is today.

MEX talks is a one-day, TED-style speaker showcase where Mexican and Mexican Americans take the stage to address a variety of topics through a uniquely Mexican lens. 

The 4th annual MEX talks will feature an all-women lineup, sharing their perspective on Being Mexicana: What it means in 2016.
