Chicago's non-profit environment houses some of our nation's most innovative, impassioned, and impactful organizations. Conciencia aims to drive the sustainability of that vital ecosystem by deepening access to collaborative spaces and the capital necessary to build scale.

Eric B. Lugo

 

With over 10 years experience in philanthropy and non-profit management, Eric is regarded as a transformative leader driving social innovation through next generation giving, communications, and entrepreneurship. Before launching Conciencia, he held the role of Vice President in Global Philanthropy at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he was responsible for implementation global philanthropic strategy including $15.8 million in grant-making and special project activities in Illinois and Minnesota.

Prior to his role at the firm, Eric was the Senior Development Officer at Instituto del Progreso Latino, a leading workforce development, education, and civic organization in the city of Chicago.
